This page covers the two things people ask us about most: what you’re actually buying for $999, and what the “5-hour-or-free” guarantee actually means. We tried to write it the way we’d explain it to a friend.

What you’re buying — the $999 assessment

A one-time engagement that includes a 30-minute intake conversation, a written report (typically six to ten pages) delivered within 48 hours of the intake call, and a follow-up walkthrough call (about an hour) to talk through the recommendations. No subscription, no auto-renewal.

The 5-hour-or-free guarantee

We say on the homepage: “If the assessment doesn’t find at least five hours a week we can save you, it’s free.” Here’s how that actually works.

  • “Hours saved” is the number we list in the report’s hours-saved estimate. It’s a good-faith estimate of recurring weekly time we believe the recommended tools can free up, based on what you tell us about your week and how similar tools have performed for other clients.
  • If the total hours-saved estimate in your report is below five hours per week, write to support@aiforbiz.us within 30 days of receiving the report and we’ll refund the full $999. No follow-up sales pitch, no clawback.
  • The estimate is just that, an estimate. We can’t promise you’ll actually save those hours, because that depends on you implementing the tools. The guarantee is on the estimate, not the outcome.
  • To qualify, you need to complete the intake call and receive the written report. We can’t refund an assessment we never finished.

What happens if you skip the call

If you paid but don’t book or attend the intake call within 60 days, write to support@aiforbiz.us and we’ll either reschedule or refund. We won’t keep your money for something we didn’t deliver.

Reschedules and cancellations

You can reschedule the intake call at no charge as many times as you need. If you decide before the call that the assessment isn’t the right fit, write to support@aiforbiz.us and we’ll refund the $999 in full.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with us during the intake call stays between us. We don’t publish client reports, we don’t use your conversations to train any AI model, and we’ll sign an NDA before the first call if you’d like. The privacy details are on the privacy page.

AI Employees ($5,000/month) — what’s different

The AI Employees product is a separate, ongoing service with its own terms, which we share with you before you start the 7-day free trial. The trial itself has no card on file and no commitment. If you decide to continue after the trial, we’ll send the monthly service agreement at that point.

Who you’re paying

AI For Biz is a DBA (“doing business as”) of TenSurf. Stripe receipts and card statements may show “AIFORBIZ ASSESS” or list TenSurf as the merchant. Same company either way.

Limits of liability

The assessment is advice and recommendations. Acting on it is your call. We can’t be responsible for how a third-party tool performs after you sign up for it, how your team chooses to use it, or business decisions made on the basis of the report. Our total liability under any version of this agreement is capped at the amount you paid us.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. Existing clients are governed by the version of these terms that was live when they paid.
